  1. Fresh off an impressive win against Guillard, Jim Miller faces Nate Diaz at UFC on FOX 3

Fresh off an impressive win against Guillard, Jim Miller faces Nate Diaz at UFC on FOX 3

He is probably the most underrated fighter in the UFC. Jim Miller has an impressive record of 21-3 with his only losses coming via decision against Frankie Edgar, Ben Henderson and Gray Maynard: Three guys at the very best of the division who either have the belt, have fought for the belt recently or fighting for the belt next! His ground game is outstanding, submitting many of his opponents, recently choking out Melvin Guillard in a fight many thought Jim was going to get knocked out. One thing people seem to forget: Jim Miller has never been knocked out, not even finished in his MMA career! He's fighting Nate Diaz next in what seems to be a number one contender fight. If you don't want to see this fight, I'd say you don't like MMA at all. This has Fight of the Year written all over it.

Fabricio Werdum joins the Venum team and fights Roy Nelson at UFC 143

Werdum submitted Fedor Emelianenko by triangle in the first-round in Strikeforce. Everyone thought he was going to lose but he pulled off an incredible submission. Fabricio is very underrated but he's truly one of the best heavyweights out there. He's finally back in the UFC and wants to make a run for the title. He faces Roy Nelson at UFC 143 who's a solid grappler (jiu jitsu black belt) and punches very hard. If we're only talking about ground game, Werdum is not just a good black belt... He's a world champion and ADCC champion. We hope to see his jiu jitsu skills Saturday!

57-0 Kickboxer Stephen "Wonderboy" Thompson makes his debut in the UFC... repping Venum!

His record is incredible: 57-0 as a kickboxer and 5-0 as a MMA fighter. This kid has never tasted defeat before and has knocked out 48 of his previous opponents! Firas Zahabi even said that he's "the best striker he's ever seen". GSP chose him as a sparring partner to prepare for his title fights because there is no better striker at this weight than Wonderboy. He's making his debut this weekend at UFC 143 in the prelims. We wouldn't be surprised if this one ended with KO of the Night for Thompson! Wonderboy is ready to show that Karate is lethal!

Thiago and Brandon verbally agreed to face each other again... this is going to be an exciting fight. Last time they fought, Thiago destroyed Vera (and his nose) and the same result might happen again.

  5. Carlos Condit fights Nick Diaz at UFC 143!

Carlos Condit fights Nick Diaz at UFC 143!

This weekend at UFC 143 Carlos Condit faces arguably one of the best opponents he's ever faced, for the most important title in the world of MMA, the UFC Welterweight (Interim) Title. We're almost there but we can't wait for the fight to actually happen. It has the potential to be Fight of the Night. Nick Diaz is a very unorthodox boxer putting constant pressure on his opponents, whereas Carlos is a lot more well-rounded on his feet. If he can keep the distance and throw kicks & knees, he definitely can win this fight. War Carlos!
